During the fall season, the HEHS Poms team participates in all the home football games. The dancers perform pregame, sidelines, and halftime routines while demonstrating their school pride and spirit. In the winter season, the competitive dance team competes at multiple IHSA dance competitions. The dancers also compete at MSL and Sectionals to attempt to advance to the State Series in Bloomington, IL at the end of January. The competitive dance team performs at select home basketball games as well.
