Sponsor: Wayne Oras, woras@d211.org This team is open to students enrolled in T408 - PLTW Digital Electronics and T418 - PLTW Civil Engineering & Architecture, with consideration given to students in T302 - PLTW Principles of Engineering. The Electronics Club has been the home of our Underwater Robotics Team since students originally came from the PLTW Digital Electronics course -- HAWKS Engineering Underwater ROV Team. HAWKS Engineering was founded in September 2014 by a team of HEHS engineering students. This company is dedicated to creating solutions for underwater scientific exploration, data collection and equipment maintenance and repair. The company incorporates knowledge of the design process and mechancial, electronical, fluid power and control systems to provide solutions for deep water applications. |
